It was the last Sunday in March and we were off to meet Robin and Lucy outside Tate Modern on Bankside at 11am for their pre wedding photo shoot.
As the weather was very grey and overcast and the crowds of tourists were beginning to swell we took off immediately for some fun and romance on The Millennium Bridge and with such backdrops as Tate Modern, St. Paul's Cathedral, The Shard and The Globe Theatre the world was our rather crowded oyster.
But all went swimmingly, Robin and Lucy were great fun to work with, they did moody, they did sexy, they were themselves having a lot of fun and we all enjoyed ourselves...and as we stopped the rain began to pour, so good timing all round.
We very much look forward to covering Robin and Lucy's wedding in a few days time at the lovely Pembroke Lodge in Richmond Park.

..and as my dear mum used to say Sláinte mhaith!
It was the second week in January and on a beautifully crisp and bright Saturday I was up in Central London to capture Patrick and Hilary's wedding at the Mayfair Library, a stand in venue for Westminster Register Office which is in the middle of a two year refurbishment.
It was my first time at this historic venue and I felt it exuded a feeling of calm along with a lovely touch of romance and the staff there were very welcoming and pleasant too.
The wedding was a very small family affair with Patrick's family from up North and Hilary's from across the pond and so the ceremony was held in the smaller and more intimate Marylebone Room.
After a sweet and emotional service we were out into the cold for some group family wedding photographs on the library steps before walking off to the first wedding reception at the nearby Millennium Hotel.
With everyone firmly ensconced in the comfortable Pine Bar, I took Patrick and Hilary off for a quick walk around Grosvenor Square including the 9/11 Memorial Garden for some natural romantic wedding pictures.
Then back into the warmth of the Pine Bar for some relaxed and informal wedding photos adding a touch of class with the inclusion of a bit of piano playing.
We wish Patrick and Hilary all the very best for their future life together, a lovely couple with very friendly and welcoming family and friends.

It's was week or so before Christmas and we had just got a booking in the morning for a family portrait shoot that afternoon in Dulwich, London.
And what a lovely family they are too, Kate and Chris with their gorgeous little baby daughter Lola and their very cute little doggy Archie.
Their wish was to get some personal portraits with their little Lola before she got tired and to include Archie too if at possible as he never seems to get tired...and with some shots in front of a roaring fire...with traditional festive jumpers on including one specially for Archie.
Lovely family and a great little shoot.
